About Quick fix

The Quick Fix Fat Loss Programme is designed to kick-start your metabolism into changing your body shape in as little as 4 to 6 weeks. The focus is a balance of food, fitness and lifestyle – get all three of these working together and there is no reason why you shouldn’t lose weight over the course of the programme.

You can follow “The Quick Fix Programme” in several different ways. You have the options of being led through the programme with a trainer either at the Sanderson Hotel or in your home. The other 2 options allow you to follow a DVD and manual or if you’re quite high tech you can stream the DVD straight to your computer. Click on the “Packages” button to find out about prices.
