Feeding the Machine
The food plan is very simple to follow. It’s not about telling you what you can’t eat, rather what you can. The hardest part will be dropping old habits for new ones.
The first phase is to review your current diet, looking for trends and habits that add weight. Then you’ll kick those bad food habits to the curb, in preparation for the second part of the programme.
During the second phase, we step up a gear and cut out all non-essential foods from your diet. We’ll work with you to create menu plans and meal suggestions to guide you through this phase of the programme.
When your values are clear to you, making decisions becomes easier.
