You will need some equipment if you’re going to follow the programme at home. You will need a mat, a set of light dumbbells, a skipping rope, a medicine ball and a swiss (stability) ball.

The DVD consists of 6 different sections

  • Introduction: 1 minute
  • Circuit 18: 18 minutes
  • Circuit 36: 32 minutes
  • Core: 14 minutes
  • Butt: 12 minutes
  • Stretch: 13 minutes
