2 Week Detox

The 2 week detox is about breaking habits and eliminating certain foods and liquids out of our eating patterns. We are creatures of habit, so the key is to get you to realize what you really need and not what you think you need!

This is an all or nothing detox. You either stick to it entirely or you don’t try and do it at all! You need to create self discipline for 2 weeks. After the detox you will be able to see how dependant you were / are on certain areas of your food habits as well as change in body fat.
