Jamie Baird
Jamie Baird is one of the UK's leading health and fitness professionals with an impressive 15 years' experience at the forefront of the industry. Having originally studied Sports Science at Loughborough University, Jamie is now a fat loss and fitness specialist with an unparalleled reputation reflected by his client list of celebrities and business leaders.
Featured on Living TV's "Extreme Makeover" as the fitness trainer - as well as other programmes for the BBC, Discovery Health, Sky TV and Channel 4 - Jamie has also written about personal fitness for the Daily Telegraph, Elle, Harpers Bazaar, The Sunday Times and Grazia.
Jamie is based at the Agua Spa in the Sanderson Hotel, London where he developed his Quick Fix Fat Loss Programme.
Ray Kelly
Ray's passion for fitness began at an early age playing football at State, National and International levels for his native Australia. A sport that took him across the world.
Despite a string of serious injuries thwarting his football career, he developed a passion for injury rehabilitation and sport-specific personal training. By the age of 16, Ray was a fully-qualified football coach and fitness trainer. He then went on to study exercise science, completing a Diploma in Fitness in Sydney, Australia and has since completed a level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach Certificate.
Ray's professional career started in one of Sydney's most popular boutique gyms. With ambitions to work with the best and further his career, he relocated to London in 2005. A results-driven trainer with an emphasis on enjoyable and varied sessions, Ray offers his clients the most current and cutting-edge personal training available.
Simon Fitchett
Simon has been a sports fanatic since a young age, where he was selected at county level in athletics and basketball. Having been involved in many other sports at school he settled on rowing, where he competed at international level.
He took his passion for sports and training to university where he studied a degree in Recreation and Leisure management with Sports Science, where he focused on sports and fitness coaching. He continued his studies after university completing a diploma in sports massage and another in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
With over 10 years experience in the industry Simon has had the pleasure of working with a number of high profile athletes and individuals, having worked with the Gladiators, Olympic Rowers, and spent the last 4 years working exclusively, full time for a racing driver in Formula 1.
Simon specialises in aerobic training, strength training and weight loss management through enjoyable and varied training techniques and programs.
